Several years ago we rented a large home on Beach Ave.

for a week. I believe we had a group of 20+. When reviewing the lease, we didn’t realize that an outside grill was not on the list of amenities. We discovered the oversight the first day when preparing dinner. We called Brian. Within 1 hour Brian had gone to his home, picked up his personal gas grill with a pickup truck and delivered it to the rental home. Dinner was delayed by an hour and we kept the grill for the week. We have since purchased two CM properties with Brian and would never think about using another realtor for purchasing, selling or renting. They run a family business and when you are a client you become one of the family.

"Brian, and his Family at "Remax at the Shore" were dependable, courteous, and worked to no end for us when choosing a home. We gave him some picture's of what our taste was, and every house was on point. As you know when buying a home you can run into snags with inspections; Brian went to bat for us using his incredible knowledge as well as extensive proficiency until every I was dotted. Every T was crossed. I would highly recommend this "affluent individual" to anyone in the market looking to buy. Especially, younger or "First Time" home buyers. I will be looking for a second income property in the next few years, and will definitely use him again. He is extremely skilled in the knowledge of the area of South Jersey, and all points of Cape May."

"Brian, ably assisted by hiw wife Jill and his father Greg, made the process of selling my house as painless as posible. Brian developed an excellent listing price that attracted many potential buyers and ultimately resulted in an above-listing closing price. Along the way there were the usual challenges, including dispositon of the furnishings and comments on the buyer's inspection report.
