Several years ago we rented a large home on Beach Ave. for a week. I believe we had a group of 20+. When reviewing the lease, we didn’t realize that an outside grill was not on the list of amenities. We discovered the oversight the first day when preparing dinner. We called Brian. Within 1 hour Brian had gone to his home, picked up his personal gas grill with a pickup truck and delivered it to the rental home. Dinner was delayed by an hour and we kept the grill for the week. We have since purchased two CM properties with Brian and would never think about using another realtor for purchasing, selling or renting. They run a family business and when you are a client you become one of the family.
